Are these candles non-toxic?

Yes, they are! We have sourced all of the ingredients to make sure that they are non-toxic for humans, pets, and the environment. We wrote about our ingredients in detail in our blog post, why the candle you burn matters.

 

How long do the candles burn for?

Our candles burn between 40-50 hours. We wanted to source a mix of wax and wick that would allow you to enjoy your candle for much longer. To learn more about how to take care of your candle, please read our candle care blog.

 

Help! My wooden wick isn't staying lit.

For a proper burn, you must trim the wick before every burn and allow wax to fully melt to the edge of the vessel, especially on the first burn! Do this by breaking off the black bits of the wick and/or using nail clippers (weird but it works!) to shorten the wick to be about 1/8″ – 3/16″. The shorter height allows the wax to capillary up the wick to feed the flame properly. Patience is key here! For more help, read our candle care blog.

 

What are your shipping rates?

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. If you are wanting express shipping, please email us at sayhello@livingconcalma.com and we'll do our best. All orders are processed and shipped from our Miami studio within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio. Orders within Florida will arrive within a few days, anywhere else can take up to 7 days.

 

Do you accept returns?

If the scent is not what you expected or you do not enjoy the scent for any reason, please email us at orders@livingconcalma.com and we will process a refund or exchange. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your Con Calma purchase!

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please email orders@livingconcalma.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return. 

 

Do you have an ambassador program?

If you are a huge fan of Con Calma, and also have a thriving community of your own, we do have a small, invite-only ambassador program. Want to find out more? Please send us a note at sayhello@livingconcalma.com, and we'll be happy to tell you more.

 

Do you do wholesale or custom orders?

Yes, we can do custom candles for your special event. Please note we're experiencing extreme delays so custom orders will take much longer. We are currently still accepting wholesale for retailers that are a fit. Please email us at sayhello@livingconcalma.com with your details.
